Blood Cell is a 2019 British horror feature film about two women in a prison cell, one of whom is haunted by her past and whom of whom is obsessed.
Written, produced, directed and edited by Daniel Sowter (Sya; They Love), the Twinned production stars Lucy-Jane Quinlan, David Cotter and Nikki Campbell.
Plot:
Barbara (Lucy-Jane Quinlan) adjusts to her new life behind bars, her crimes start to haunt her. Her new cellmate Evelyn (Nikki Campbell) is about to start an obsessive and ghostly friendship with her, one that Barbara cannot escape from.
Release:
Blood Cell was released in the UK on 19th August 2019.
